The staff greeted us every time we entered the hotel. The staff were so polite at breakfast too. There was lovely food and plenty of it and a variety of places to sit from sofas to tables on both sides. It was very clean and the staff cleared away each table. There were china plates despite what other reviews said. We enjoyed a drink in the bar with a view of the city below and played pool and a game of chess!. The kitchen in the room was well equipped. Room serviced everyday, again staff so lovely bringing towels. The beds were comfy and we could easily adjust the air con. Yes. You could hear the lifts in our room but it's New York! They were not noisy all night long. We had a lot of fun.

Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly and professional staff. The king studio was spacious, the kitchenette very handy. We would come back again if visiting NYC. We didn’t have any issues with the elevators (max waiting time about 2min).

The very specious rooms with the in-room kitchen are the highlight of this hotel. Location is also great, just a few steps from several subway lines. The staff were very nice and the overall experience was good. The included breakfast is also a great plus.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right across from Bryant Park, and within walking distance of most of the city's major attractions. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, which made getting around incredibly easy. For anyone looking to explore the city, this hotel is perfect for sightseeing, dining, and just enjoying everything New York has to offer. The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the elevators tended to get quite busy during breakfast hours, but that’s a minor inconvenience given how fantastic the location is. Our room was very comfortable, and we were lucky enough to have an amazing view of the Empire State Building. The room may be a bit dated, but it’s well-maintained and in great condition overall. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New York!

Staff was very friendly and responsive to all requests. Property location is FANTASTIC to explore highlights of NYC being centrally located! Free breakfast was very nice with fresh produce and coffee along with hot entrees. Rooms were very comfortable.

We loved the location of the hotel. Right by the subway and walking distance to many of the sights like Times Square. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The rooms had bugs on the kitchenette counter and on part of the bed. We left with some bug bites on our ankles. The hotel was VERY busy as expected so we didn't think the management could manage things better. The view from the room was great.

Hotel location was great - straightforward walk from main stations (we used Penn but Grand Central was as close). Easy to use buses and as the hotel is centrally situated, it wasn't difficult to walk to lots of places either. The buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, plenty of food, topped up frequently and good quality. I saw it busy once and people had difficulty finding a seat but it wasn't a general problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We could leave luggage on arrival before checking in, and after checking out before our flight, which was really helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable and the towels fluffy! Instant and consistent flow of hot water in the bathroom, with good pressure. Everything was very clean.
